Can I be sure that my item is made in Germany?
All of the shop items are manufactured by our RUBBERZONE24 team in Germany! So you can be sure that a high quality standard must be fulfilled.
Do you ship with a neutral sender?
Items are shipped with plain cover and neutral sender. No outer signs give a hint to the content.
Which latex do you use?
For all items produced by RUBBERZONE24 we use quality sheet latex by 4D or Radical Rubber!
My chosen item is not offered in my chosen color, what can I do?
We offer a large stock of colors. When the color of your choice is not listed, please contact us, so we can inform you, when your color will be back in stock.
How do I find the correct size?
With many items size charts are listed. When no size chart is shown, please have a look here. We like to help you, when you are not sure about the size you need. All measures are body measures, most items are manufactured with a tight fit. When your measures differ from the standard sizes, please contact us. We also manufacture made-to-measure items.
My measures differ from the size charts listed in the shop, can I order at RUBBERZONE24?
Please contact us, made-to-measure is possible in many cases.
How much shipping costs do I have to pay?

Do you ship to DHL Packstationen?
Shipping to DHL Packstationen is possible within Germany. Please inform us about your personal DHL number and the Packstation number.
How much delivery time should I expect?
The delivery time is indicated with every item. Please have in mind that delivery time can be longer, we inform about delivery delay on the front page of the shop.
I need an item very fast, do you offer express delivery?
Please contact us, when you need an item very fast, e.g. as a present. We can try to find a solution.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value or a minimum order quantity.
Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay by credit card using PayPal.
Can I pay by invoice?
Sorry, but we start manufacturing after receipt of payment. You can pay safely by PayPal or Klarna/Sofort (in certain countries), when you do not want to pay by bank transfer.
